Work Experience

Sr. UX Designer - Wells Fargo Inc (July 2012 to Present)

Lead the interaction design effort for modern, responsive UI framework for the Commercial Electronic Office banking portal and business customer-facing applications. Successfully delivered 18 version of Framework. Created competitive reviews, strategy documentation, concept models, process flows, sketches, wireframes, and detailed specifications. Worked in both waterfall and agile methods on a variety of stage for WF UI Framework including desktop, mobile, and tablet. 

Beside Lead Interaction Designer, I acted asa bridge (UX Liason) between the Framework developers, content team, visual designer and interaction designer across different channel-wide Commercial Electronic Office related services. Also lead user-centered design workshop as a maker for Wells Fargo Capital Finance. 

Founder, Product Designer - Qurtaba LLC (August 2008 to July 2012)

I founded Qurtaba & TapPixl as a platform to build app for a Urdu Language market. We started our adventure in Urdu Language related apps, and we produced the world-class apps, like Urdu Writer, Urdu Alphabets and Urdu Alphabets Puzzle.  We had 150,000 downloads and 600+ positive reviews for Urdu Writer just because of usability and ease of use. I lead the team of developers, and visual designer. TapPixl was a subsidiary of Qurtaba LLC who's primary focus was to gain some insight into Windows Phone 8 development, and user experience related to Metro Design Language. At TapPixl, I worked as a lead product developer, and UX designer. We launched two apps in our tenure: Pixl for Flickr, and Vixl. Vixl got a spot in top 5 app at Nokia.com

Education

Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design

MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (Nov 2017 - Feb 2018)

This six week course  with real-world applications of technology aimed toward better design and usability of AI, Vision, Speech and 3D Print related products. Lead by the team of MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) – is the largest research laboratory at MIT and one of the world’s most importantcenters of computer science research.
